After a fire, careful demolition is often the first major step toward restoring and rebuilding a property. Weather Demolition partners with homeowners, general contractors, and specialized restoration companies to complete the demolition phase of residential and commercial fire restoration projects. Our crews perform controlled removal of fire-damaged roofing, rafters, trusses, sheathing, stucco, windows, chimneys, decks, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, concrete, and other compromised materials. We also provide construction and demolition debris hauling and thorough site cleanup, helping prepare properties throughout the Bay Area and Central Valley for inspection, remediation, and reconstruction.

Selective Demolition Based on the Restoration Scope

Fire damage does not always require complete structural demolition. In many restoration projects, only specific portions of the building need to be removed. Weather Demolition provides selective fire damage demolition, allowing damaged materials to be taken out while areas scheduled to remain are protected whenever site conditions and the approved project scope allow.

We coordinate with property owners, construction companies, and restoration professionals to understand the demolition plan before work begins. When project plans or a defined restoration scope are provided, our team works within those requirements to help prevent unnecessary demolition and prepare the property for the next stage of construction.
